Time to make a Splash! Chipmunks wellington boot that has a printed rubber upper with mermaid design complete with 3D tail details. There is a fleece fabric lining with a removable fabric lined footbed and a chunky sole to offer fantastic grip when little ones jump in muddy puddles.
