These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can visit our website, and order and buy goods through our online delivery service.

We aim to process all enquires and requests as quickly as possible, but we reserve the right to restrict, refuse or cancel orders, as well as refuse access to the website and terminate accounts at our discretion. This website is intended for use by UK adult residents and consumers only.
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.

Stampede has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular we try to ensure that all the prices shown on the website are accurate. Reduced products will show the now price and was price . The reductions shown are reductions from the original ('was price') charged on the website. All products offered at a reduced price will be available for home delivery only.
Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.
All prices are quoted inUKpounds sterling. All prices are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. Most children's shoes are exempt of VAT.
Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the website may differ from prices in store.
How your order is processed
After you have placed an order with us, we will send an email acknowledgement of that order to your designated email address. This email is a confirmation and acceptance of your order.
If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email, text or phone call, and refund when necessary.
Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will tell you as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Please note that despatch estimates are not guaranteed and that despatch times should not be relied upon as such.
Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards using our secure online payment service provider.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The agreement between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of English courts.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
We can either deliver your order to an address of your choice or you can collect in-store.

Next Day Delivery
The next day delivery service applies on orders placed before 12pm Monday - Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be delivered on Monday. If the service is not available in your area it will not be shown as an option once you have selected your delivery address. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
For orders placed after 12pm on Friday, the next available delivery date will be the following Monday.
Deliveries are normally made Monday-Friday from 9am-12pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for the item(s) to be collected and the correct one(s) to be dispatched to you.
If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please call us in-store on +44 (0) 1892 511651. Lines are open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 6.00pm (excluding all Bank & Public Holidays).
For items ordered for collection at store, there is no delivery charge. It will be held at the store for seven working days for your collection. After this time, the shoes will cease to be reserved for you and will return to general store stock.
Please note that Next Day is a proof-of-delivery service, and requires a signature on delivery.
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully despatched to you, and we hope that youre happy with your purchase. However, if you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods you may return them.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and returned within 21 days of receiving them. You should follow the procedure below.
i) Direct to Stampede
For an immediate refund, you can return the items to us directly, within 21 days. You may also exchange your items in store.
You MUST have:
- Your receipt which is enclosed in the box
- The credit/debit card used to make the original purchase
If the item is in its original condition, we will process the refund for you.
ii) Return by post
You can return any items to us, within 21 days of receipt.
What to do:
- Use the pre-paid returns address label enclosed in the box, together with your returned items, inside the original packaging. Goods cannot be returned without this information.
- The goods remain your responsibity until we reicve them so it is adviseable to obtain a proof of postage slip from the Poast Office. You must retain this until the item(s) are credited on your statement, as this enables us to trace your order. Origianl postage will not be refunded in any case.
- We cannot process any exchange requests by post. You must return your item and make a new order via our website. OR if you require an exchange, please bring your item to our and we will be happy to help. We will process your refund within 21 days of receiving your return.

Right to cancel this agreement
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have seven working days starting the day after delivery (the cooling-off period) in which to cancel this agreement, if for any reason you are not happy with the goods that have been delivered.
If you wish to cancel this agreement, you must notify us, and return the goods that have been delivered to you). Goods are refunded within 30 days.
How you can cancel this agreement
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order by writing to us, calling + 44 (0) 1892 511 651, or going through our website. Orders can only be cancelled before processing/despatch has begun.
Once your order has been cancelled, any sum debited from your payment card by us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible. If cancelled orders are erroneously delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
How Stampede can cancel this agreement
We reserve the right to cancel the order if:-
- We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order
- We are unable to obtain payment
- A product fault or an error in the product description has been identified
Use of the Stampede Website
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in the text, graphics and layout of this website and in all software and software compilations are owned by, or licensed to, Stampede.
You are not permitted, without our prior written consent, to copy, transmit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, modify or adapt this website, its contents or underlying software, except for personal non-commercial use.
Accuracy of content
We have made every effort to ensure that the products are fairly described, that the product information is correct, and that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will vary with the quality of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the colour of the product requested on delivery.
If, on receiving ordered goods, you have any cause for dissatisfaction you may return them via our Returns procedure, which is explained below.
We may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the website and the services we provide, including limits to the size and number of any messages that have been sent, or the duration that any messages may be stored on our website. We are entitled to delete any material from our website at any time, and we will not be liable for deleting or not storing any material that you may transmit to us.
Damage to your computer
Stampede make every effort to ensure that this website is free from defects or viruses. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the correct equipment when using the website, and to protect from anything that may damage it.
Password and security
If you use the site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and also for ensuring that unauthorised access to your account is prohibited. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that your information is kept confidential to you. If you have reason to believe that this may have been compromised, please contact us immediately.
